If both lists are empty, any sender address that is listed on a route may reply. You can restrict further by email or domain.

Routes (chat → email)

Each route sends that chat’s incoming messages to all listed addresses. Replies must come from one of those addresses. After WhatsApp shows Connected, use Reload chat list if the dropdown is empty (Web mode only).

Catch up missed forwards (Web mode only)

While WhatsApp was not Connected, new messages were not emailed. Load recent history for each saved route and forward incoming messages in the date range.
